Ann grew up in Marblehead and attended Marblehead High School.  She is a mother of two boys who are currently in the Marblehead Public Schools.  Ann was on the Board of the Marblehead Family Fund, a community-based organization of local moms created to improve our town’s playgrounds, parks, and open spaces, and most recently raised the funds to rebuild Hobbs Playground.

Ann works in Marblehead for Ryan, LLC in the Property Tax Group as an Manager/Analyst.  Ann joined the Marblehead SEPAC Board in 2021.

Jeff Levin

Jeff serves as the Secretary and Treasurer for the SEPAC Board. He has been a member of SEPAC since 2017 and has served on the board since 2018. Jeff leads a global team at one of the world's largest professional services firms, operating as business advisors to senior leaders to measure, optimize and communicate financial performance. He has over 20 years experience leveraging passion, technology and innovative solutions to lead and inspire teams.  Jeff graduated from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University with a BS in Organization & Management. He lives in Marblehead with his wife and has two children in the Marblehead Public Schools. 

Jennifer Jackson

Jen serves as Co-Chair of the Marblehead SEPAC Board. She has been a member of SEPAC since 2014 and has served on the board since 2014, as Secretary since Fall of 2016, and as Co-Chair since June of 2021.   

Jen works in the medical device industry as a Director of Regulatory Affairs. Jen has a BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering with a Mechanical Engineering concentration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Jen lives in Marblehead with her three children, all whom attend Marblehead Public Schools.

Cindy Loewen

Cindy serves as a Member of the Marblehead SEPAC Board.  She has been a member of SEPAC since 2009, has served as a Board member for several years as well as in other capacities with the organization. Cindy works with racial and social justice & equity organizations in changing the narrative for the marginalized. Cindy graduated from Syracuse University with dual majors in Journalism and Psychology.  She has lived in Marblehead since 1994 and her two daughters are graduates of the Marblehead Public Schools.

Jocelyn Kelley

Jocelyn is a member of the Marblehead SEPAC Board. She has been a member of SEPAC since 2022 and served on the Board since 2023. Jocelyn is an established freelance journalist for many national publications and appeared regularly on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” as part of Oprah's Book Club. She traveled with Oprah to Australia to promote Oprah’s Farewell Season. Jocelyn graduated from Emerson College in Boston with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism. While at Emerson, she hosted and produced an Associated Press, award-winning, public affairs radio program covering important social issues. Jocelyn is a Senior Publicist at Kelley & Hall Book Publicity and has been there for over 15 years. Jocelyn will be attending law school in January 2024. Jocelyn grew up in Marblehead, attended Marblehead Public Schools and is now raising her children in Marblehead. Both of her children are currently enrolled in the Marblehead Public Schools.
